How do I donate items?
Go to Donate, choose item donation, add photos and pickup details, and publish your listing. NGOs and receivers can request pickup through the marketplace.
How does food rescue work?
Hotels and restaurants list surplus meals with a pickup window. NGOs and receivers coordinate collection before the food expires.
How are emergency help campaigns verified?
Campaigns stay hidden until administrators review identity, bank, and supporting documents. See Trust & verification for the full process.
How can I track my donation?
Use the Track page with your reference number (for example DON-XXXXXXXX or FR-XXXXXXXX) to see current status.
How do NGOs join?
Register on the NGO page with your organisation name, mobile, and city. Accounts are reviewed before activation.
Is MJG free to use?
Listing donations, browsing listings, and NGO registration are free on the platform. Emergency help campaigns are reviewed before going public.
